OPERON has developed an extensive range of PPP / PFI experience which includes: Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Children’s Homes, Fire Stations and Care Homes.

OPERON operates as part of the SPV, as well as offering the full range of FM services to the schemes.

OPERON advocates a whole life approach to the schemes and are involved from the inception stage to ensure the selection of systems, products and materials to optimise the whole-life costs over the concession period.

Our in-house management team offer extensive expertise in such areas as Construction, M&E Design, Lifecycle, Energy, and all general aspects of FM Service Delivery to ensure that we provide a comprehensive and efficient service to our PFI clients.

This expertise also ensures that OPERON can best-manage the associated risks relating to performance and availability which is an intrinsic component of these complex contracts.
